The blueprint space, spanning two floors of 20,000 square feet in Taikoo Place, is carefully crafted for our target end user: the tech community of Hong Kong. The expert team at PDM International brainstormed countless possible configurations - and even hosted focus groups with entrepreneurs and co-workers - to design an environment that inspires and enables maximum productivity, both individually and across teams.
With functionality as the driving force, we drew upon the diversity of the Swire Group to incorporate fun touches that serve both as decoration, such as an antique Coca-Cola vending machine from Swire Beverages, and as furniture, such as Cathay Pacific Airways' seats. Indeed, sustainability was at the heart of all planning. nlueprint's design features reused light fixtures, shipping chains, wooden palettes, bamboo rods and other materials, and implements advanced occupancy sensor technology sponsored by Schneider Electric to control all lighting and climate settings, which is monitored within an energy consumption dashboard. Last but certainly not least, blueprint invites artists from Hong Kong and beyond to showcase their talent on our walls.
The blueprint team would be delighted to show you around. Call +852 9631 1106 or email email@example.com to schedule a tour.
